Undoubtedly, business success of the modern person much depends on his job. And how to get the kind of job that could be both of a great interest and at the same time highly paid; the kind of job with an opportunity of growth, both career and professional? Let's discuss today’s labor market. Experts in the field of information technologies nowadays occupy its significant part. Many agencies specialize only on recruiting of such experts. And the resume of the expert is added to database of these agencies only if there is a valid certificate confirming expert’s professional knowledge. Certification is an integral part of decision-making process of hiring and promoting of employees in the companies.

Why is certification necessary for IT-expert? Is employer interested in the certified expert?

Still about five years ago the term “certified expert” for some people meant mistrust, and for the majority - bewilderment. Now the situation has drastically changed in every respect.

From the employee’s point of view: to be sure in tomorrow, to be competitive in market of IT experts, it is necessary not only to possess a deep knowledge and practical experience, but also to pass certification and to get the status of professional expert. It will guarantee the high chances for employment both in Ukraine and in any country of the world.

Testing in the international testing centers proves to be such an objective and coordinated method of employee’s competence estimation. Questions in tests are connected with key problems which the expert should solve in the daily work. Large corporations and software and hardware developers offer new tests according to release of the new version of products or new equipment. There are special schemes to pass tests in order to achieve various ranks and statuses. Microsoft, for example, offers eight programs of certification, Novell offers five programs - list of the companies offering technical experts an international recognition and ratification of their qualification is long enough.

Training is a key to achieve IT-certification

All these statements prove that if you decide to become an expert in the field of information technologies you cannot do it without certification, which you can receive after successful testing. And knowledge is the most important condition to achieve this goal!

And again a complex process of choosing begins. In fact, it is possible to gain knowledge from many sources.

You may buy volumes of books published by different modern publishing houses and then just sink in the deep rivers of technical information. Certainly, you will learn a lot of information, but you cannot actually be sure that all the material you have studied with such efforts will remain actual and relevant.

It is possible to apply for a low-paid job and than try to learn, for example, Microsoft Windows. You cannot be sure how you will benefit.
There are some more modern ways to gain knowledge: video courses, computer programs for self-preparation, remote training, and training online via the Internet. But the most simple and reliable way is to have trainings in real-time conditions. And if you wish to achieve the best result in very short terms, you should choose authorized educational center.

What is authorized training?

Teaching in such centers is conducted according to the techniques developed by the most prominent IT-companies. It means that during the training the most complex and important themes are discussed. Special manuals with the contents of lections and practical exercises will help you to understand topics better. And after the training you can turn to them at any moment, and use them as the most exact reference books.
