Special course development proceeds in several steps:

• On client’s request, an instructor conducts a research of IT infrastructure and company problems, and estimates the technical level of trainees.
• Based on research results, instructor develops the training program
• Program is presented to the client; if needed, corrections are made
• After the program’s approval, terms of course development, its duration, location and cost are adjusted.

The result is that client obtains total control over the time, manner and content of the course, which will be given to his employees. Additionally, an internal and/or external testing is possible.
