Authorized trainings have strict organizational structure, which is determined by Cisco company. Only the Cisco Partners can conduct authorized trainings.

At the moment the model of cooperation between Cisco company and its partners is the following:

The First Level of Partnership – CLSP (Cisco Learning Solution Provider) and CLP (Cisco Learning Partner) companies.

• CLSP (Cisco Learning Solution Provider) is the highest possible level of authorized learning partner. These companies have a signed agreement with Cisco and rights to conduct any Cisco training. They also have rights to develop their own learning programs for Cisco.
• CLP (Cisco Learning Partner) are companies that have a signed agreement with one of CLSPs. Some trainings can be conducted by training centers that at least posses CLP level of partnership (for example, IPCC boot camp). They also have higher priority while developing learning projects or conducting of Cisco seminars. Such companies have rights to conduct any Cisco training using CLSP resources (trainers, lab equipment).

The Second Level of Partnership – SO (Sponsored Organization) companies. These companies have a signed agreement with one of CLSPs. Such companies obtain rights to conduct some of the Cisco trainings using CLSP resources (trainers, lab equipment). They don’t have access to all of Cisco resources for trainers’ education (for example, they don’t have a permission to access virtual groups), and they don’t take part in Cisco learning projects or seminars.

If education is your core activity, Knowledge Center gives you an opportunity to conduct authorized Cisco trainings using your own or your customers’ facilities and involving your certified Cisco trainers. This can be easily done if your company is SO or CLP partner.

• You get access to the most recent information concerning authorized Cisco trainings and the most recent training versions.
• On each partner’s web site there is a link to other partner’s site in the “Partners” section. Also web site contains information about the partner company and partner’s training schedule.
• The Sponsored Organization status is the first step on your way to become Cisco Learning Partner.
